The UST Hospital offers Residency and Post-Residency Subspecialty Training Programs in various fields of Medicine and Surgery. The Intern, Resident, and Fellow Trainees collectively known as House Staff of the UST Hospital have that extraordinary opportunity to learn ethical modern medicine and have an excellent chance to see, diagnose, and treat a wide array of diseases and medical conditions.

Public Service
The Hospital regularly conducts lay forums especially to educate its patients and interested audiences in the community. The medical staff regularly provides helpful and practical lectures and open forums so that the public can be better aware and learn how to protect themselves from common diseases like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD, Asthma, Cancer, Cardiovascular diseases, etc.
