- Performs occupational therapy procedures to patients referred for physical therapy
- Performs documentation such as initial evaluation, interim notes and discharge summary, formulates and implements approved treatment plans. Updates progress notes of all patients under his care

- Obtain patients’ informed consent to proposed intervention
- Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains physical order and safety operation in the assigned area
- Performs basic and advanced procedures and techniques in simulation, radiation therapy, brachytherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, radiotherapy database management and local area network information system
- Executes accurate set up and treatment, interprets and documents tumor and normal tissue doses based on complete basic or conformal treatment plans in coordination with the physicist and radiation oncologists
- Provides assistance under the supervision of a physicist and dosimetrist in dose calculations in and around the tumor volume and the surrounding normal tissue
- Performs daily routine checks and assists in the quality control activities under the supervision of a physicist and dosimetrist to ensure efficient and reliable performance of the treatment machines and equipment and to ensure adherence to a developed quality control program in the section
- Performs verification procedures – treatment or sim port – to ensure accuracy and precision of treatment
- Checks patient’s chart and treatment doses under the supervision of a physicist and dosimetrist every week
- Prepares treatment summaries and report of patients who completed radiation therapy, brachytherapy and radiosurgery
- Performs basic and manual treatment planning, treatment time or monitor unit calculations under the supervision of a physicist and dosimetrist
